    Technical help for the preparation of digital artwork for banner stands and pop and display stands.

    Help for exhibition stand design, banner stands and exhibition graphics. Download Order Form

    If you have a choice please create your artwork on a macintosh and supply us with a quark xpress document, other programs are likely to incur extra charges for file preparation. All files can be supplied to us via F.T.P (please ask for details) or alternatively sent in on disk. We need a print out for a guide in all cases in colour. If you are in any doubt please contact us.

    To create suitable digital artwork for Banner stands, please follow the guidelines below:

    Uno banner 2200 x 800mm
    Blade 2120 x 800mm add 200mm for tongue
    Baraccuda 2145mm x 800mm add 200mm for tongue
    Excaliber 2145 x 800mm add 200mm for tongue
    Pod 2100x800mm, add 100mm for tongue
    Apollo 2130mm x 800mm, add 100mm for tongue
    Typhoon banner stand 800mm x 2110mm add 100mm for tongue
    Titanium 800mm x 2130mm add 200mm for tongue
    Platinum 800mm x 2130mm add 200mm for tongue
    Sidewinder 800mm x 2100mm. add 100mm for tongue
    Storm banner stand 620mm x 1800mm
    Blizzard banner 800x2000mm
    Zero roller 2010mm x 850mm add 200mm for tongue
    Zero Plus roller 2200mm x 850mm add 200mm for tongue

    Create artwork at 50% of actual size including tounge required on roller stands as per the table above. .All files must be CMYK.

    1. Create a single page document in Quark Xpress at 50% of finished size with no bleed or crop marks.
    2. Include all used fonts including those used in Logo’s and eps files.We cannot print true types please outline or PDF these files. No true types please
    3. All Illustrator eps fonts to “outlines”.
    4. We do not advise final output to be less than 150dpi Lower resolution images may result in a pixalation effect on your panel.
    5. All scans should be saved as a single file document (DCS off).
    6. Please supply a colour proof with your disk. We cannot guarantee the appearance of your panels without some visual reference. A test print can be supplied by us at £10 + postage or courier however this will cause a delay

    We can accept files on CD-rom and Iomega 100mb Zip Disks or via Email and FTP please ask for details.

    It is your responsibility to supply a printed proof of all panels for checking. Errors may arise from PDF and Jpeg images for which we will not be held responsible.Pantones are not a guaranteed match and we sugest a test print at £10 + postage or courier at cost but this will cause a delay.

    Digital Artwork Preparation for pop up displays

    To create suitable artwork for pop up displays, please follow the guidelines below:

    All pop ups are defined by size and configuration. The configuration will be 4x3 or 3x3 or 2x3. The first number refers to the amount of drops, i.e. a “4x3” Front Curved system will have 4 drops 673 mm wide x 2225 high, plus 2 end panels 673mm wide x 2225mm high.

    The artwork on one page at 25%

    1. Create artwork at 25% of actual size All files must be CMYK.
    2. Create a single page document in Quark Xpress at 25% of finished size
    3. Include all used fonts including those used in Logo’s and eps files.
    4. All Illustrator eps fonts to “outlines”.
    5. All Scans should be placed in the 25% document at around 100% at 400dpi. Lower resolution images may result in a pixelation effect on your panel.
    6. All scans should be saved as a single file document (DCS off).
    7. Place guides at the point that the panel will be split.
    8. Please supply a colour proof with your disk. We cannot guarantee the appearance of your panels without some visual reference

    Artwork Preparation for Digital Printing

    To output High Quality Digital prints from your files please use the following guidelines:

    We can accept files created in the following programs:
    Quark Xpress 6 (Mac/PC)
    PhotoShop 6 (Mac/PC)
    Illustrator 9 (Mac/PC)
    Adobe CS Suite
    Files must be set CMYK.
    Setup the panels in proportion to your panel and within an enlargement of 400%

    1. Images need to be maximum 150dpi AT OUTPUT SIZE. I.e. if we are enlarging your image by 4x you will need to supply the files at 600dpi for optimum resolution on smaller panels (100 dpi is normally adequate for larger format output). Lower resolution images can be printed but original quality and amount of enlargement will affect the output.
    2. Supply all images as CMYK
    3. Include all used fonts including those used in Logo’s and eps files.
    4. All Photoshop scans should be saved as a single file document (DCS off).
    5. Please supply a colour proof with your disk. We cannot guarantee the appearance of your panels without some visual reference A test print can be supplied by us at £10 + postage or courier however this will cause a delay
